　　Q: 在阿鲁克的现有产品中，哪款产品在中国市场最受欢迎?

　　What's the most popular product in China?

　　中国地域辽阔，各地区气候差异显著。不同的气候环境造就了不同的市场。

　　When we talk about China, it can be separated into different markets regarding different climate zones.

　　阿鲁克拥有完整的产品系列，可满足各种市场需求。

　　AluK has full range of product series target to each of the market.

　　Our casement windows, which are available with a range of customisable options, are the perfect choice for both traditional and contemporary residential design. 　　Q: 阿鲁克在中国有哪些经典商建项目，可否与我们分享一下?

　　Any major commercial project carried out by AluK in China you would like to share with us?

　　阿鲁克系统兼具设计和性能，这也使得我们的产品在市场上别具一格。

　　Our high-performance solutions deliver the aesthetic design and functionality that sets our products apart in the market.

　　谈到近期参与过的经典商建项目，不得不提到的就是三亚亚特兰蒂斯酒店。能够为如此优秀的酒店提供门窗系统解决方案，我们深感荣幸。在此之前，阿鲁克还参与了上海迪士尼小镇的建设。很高兴能够参与到这些全球知名乐园及度假场所的建设，共同为游客打造舒适难忘的休闲度假体验。

　　One of the major commercial project we participated recently in China was Atalantis in Sanya. We are proud to implement AluK window and door system in such an amazing hotel. Before, we also took part in the construction of Disney Town in Shanghai. It is our honour have AluK products in these famous entertainment facilities, help to provide an exciting & memorable experience to our end users during their vocation.

　　现阶段，我们正紧锣密鼓地参与到北京大兴国际机场的建设中。一旦竣工，对于阿鲁克来说，这又将会是一个具有里程碑意义的项目。

　　Now we are also taking part in the construction of the new airport in Beijing, Beijing Daxing International Airport. Once it’s completed, it will be another landmark project with AluK system.

　　Q: 以上海为例，有哪些比较经典的住宅项目?

　　Could you please tell us about a residential project by AluK in Shanghai?

　　那不得不提到的就是曾经创造过中国豪宅最高天价的汤臣一品。至今，它仍以每套两亿元左右人民币的价格，位居中国豪宅榜。

　　Then we have to mention Tomson Riviera, which was once “the most expensive house in China”. Even for today, it’s still one of the most luxury residential apartment, around RMB 0.2 billion per flat.

　　在上海，除了汤臣一品，历年来阿鲁克还参与建设了许多其它高端住宅项目，诸如星河湾。不仅在上海，我们和星河湾的合作还延伸至了北京，广州、太原等其它城市。

　　Besides Tomson Riviera, AluK also took part in a lot of other luxury residential projects in Shanghai, such as the Star Rivers. And we extend our cooperation with the Star River Group to their projects in other cities, Beijing, Guangzhou, Taiyuan, etc.

　　Q: 你怎么看待阿鲁克未来在中国的发展?

　　How do you see AluK's future in China?

　　十多年来，中国经济蓬勃发展。GDP一度呈两位数增长，驱动着全球经济的发展。

　　For ten years or more, China has been a uniquely powerful engine of the global economy, regularly posting high single-figure or even double-digit annual increases in GDP.

　　虽然近几年国内经济增速有所放缓，但我们深信，市场在面临挑战的同时也充满了机遇。面对多变的市场环境，企业需要不断提升自身能力，灵活应对。

　　More recently, the growth has slowed. We strongly believe that this new economic trend made by external and internal challenges is an opportunity which should be achieved through game changing initiatives. Markets are volatile, business models are changing rapidly, new capabilities need to be built and the organization needs to adapt with great agility.

　　阿鲁克的新征程是令人期待的，正如我们上一个财年的出色表现。

　　However, the start of this new journey for AluK has been very encouraging, as evidenced by the performance during the last fiscal year, both in quantitative and qualitative terms.
