第18届FDC中国国际门窗幕墙高级研讨会于10月27日至28日在北京成功举行。本届FDC高级研讨会以“破局——门窗幕墙技术革新引领行业未来”为主题。

作为中国国际幕墙博览会（Fenestration BAU）最重要的配套活动之一，FDC为观众提供开放的交流平台，共同探讨建筑技术和解决方案，成为亚洲建筑业的发展风向标。旭格中国工程总监孙德岩受邀参与本届FDC有关“国际化视角下门窗幕墙新趋势”的意见分享，并以“冲破矛盾的樊篱 — 旭格视角中的门窗幕墙新发展”为题发表演讲，阐述了对门窗幕墙行业趋势发展的看法。

The 18th Fenestration Days China (FDC) was successfully held in Beijing from October 27th to 28th, highlighting the theme of "Breaking the Game — Technological Innovation to Lead into the Future of the Fenestration Industry". As one of the key supporting activities of the Fenestration BAU China, FDC serves as an open exchange platform for building technology and solutions, leading the development trends of Asian Fenestration Industry. At the “International Prospective and Trend in the Fenestration Industry” session, Suny Sun, Schüco China Engineering Director, delivered a keynote speech focusing on Schüco’s vision to the new trends of Fenestration industry.

Contradictory Requirements

自相矛盾的需求

作为建筑行业资深专家，孙德岩指出近年来建筑师与合作伙伴对门窗幕墙产品的要求愈发趋于细化与极致，把功能性与美观性的需求逐步推往相互矛盾的边界。例如，无障碍设计要求与地面齐平，同时又要求高水密性；要求开启通风时又能隔绝噪声等等。在旭格看来，这些自相矛盾的需求编织了束缚之网。

As a professional veteran with extensive industry expertise, Suny stated that nowadays architects and customers have increasingly detailed and higher requirements for window, door and façade products, establishing a contradictory boundary between functionality and aesthetics. For example, zero-level threshold of barrier-free design should allow easy-access and ensure excellent water-tightness at the same time; Sound-insulation is required while guaranteeing adequate ventilation. From Schüco's perspective, these contradictory requirements weave a web of constraints.

Breaking Through the Boundaries

为此，旭格将开发创新的系列产品应对这一挑战，冲破矛盾的樊笼。孙总在演讲中介绍了多种旭格创新建筑解决方案，如AWS 75 PD.SI全景窗系统，将功能与最大通透度结合；AWS 90/120 AC.SI窗系统，在优化通风的同时降低噪音。这些新创的概念与产品为建筑业的未来提供几近无限的可能，也使在场观众印象深刻。

During the speech, Suny introduced several optimized solutions such as Schüco AWS 75 PD.SI combing the function with maximum transparency, AWS 90/120 AC.SI ensuring better ventilation with noise reduction. The audience was impressed by the newly developed concepts and products which offer almost unlimited possibilities for the Fenestration industry in the future.
